CHURCH FETE

On Saturday 30th November 2014 our practice attended a local church fete in the Old Village, Corby. We were there to raise money for the RSPCA, promote pet health, and to provide information about the pet blood donation events we host.

We had a tombola, guess the number of sweets in the jar, and guess the name of the cuddly toy. We also had plenty of leaflets to hand out and a donation tin for the RSPCA. The day was a great success and we managed to raise nearly £100 for them.

If you would like Northlands to be involved in any charity or community activity then please contact us. We have, in the past, taken part in carnivals, school talks, and various fundraising events and are always willing to contribute.

KETTERING CARNIVAL

Carnival- Kettering has proudly ran a carnival for many years and this was the first year we entered a float, we teamed up with another local Veterinary Practice, the Avenue Veterinary Clinic to create a float. Dressing up in morph suits, (risky at best) we followed the procession handing out leaflets designed to allow the general public to benefit from some of our shared fantastic services.

KETTERING YOUTH THEATRE GROUP

KYTG – Kettering has a thriving amateur dramatic scene and we are proud to be its main sponsor for a number of years now. KYTG always puts on a good show and the town of Kettering has benefitted from its youth being able to tread the boards and develop their skills. We look forward to continuing to support them.
