Fee Structure

Veterinary medicine is private and therefore requires payment at consulation. In terms of discretionary veterinary needs such as vaccinations, neutering and flea and worm treatment our aim is to provide the best value for money. While we realise that price is important we understand that other factors are also relevant such as:-

Consultations by appointment to reduce the unnecessary waiting times that occurs with open surgeries

Providing a local service with convenient opening times including late nights and weekend opening.

Internal access to vets with higher and specialised qualifications if a second opinion is needed quickly.

Internal hospitalisation facilities with dedicated kennel nurses & vets provided with sophisticated equipment

In house Out of Hours service with dedicated clinicians providing continuity of care and minimal disruption

We offer all of the above, and we are the only Practice in Northamptonshire that does. Taking into account the above our fees still compete with other Practices you could choose.

If for any reason you may experience diffficulties in fee payment we also have access to charity funding and you could be eligibe for treatment through the PDSA Petaid scheme. If you are not eligible then we also have our Ezipay option which you may be eligible for.
