The nurses are the backbone of the Practice, they are the team members that spend countless hours supporting the vets and giving your pet the loving care it deserves when staying with us, no matter how long that is.
As a Practice we have trained over the years many nurses and whilst most have stayed with the Practice some have gone on to higher things such as working at Veterinary Universities and Specialist referral centres, giving testament to our extremely rigourous in house training regime.
The end result is a highly trained team of dedicated and loving nurses that focus on reducing the stress levels of you and your pet when visiting or staying with us.
Our nurses also have their own interests which includes nutrition, behaviour, laser therapy, orthopaedics, rehabilitation and the list goes on. Within the Practice the nurses are there to provide expert advice on all areas ranging from vaccination and neutering to dentistry and diet.
We offer a range of nursing clinics at the practice with our qualified veterinary nurses, these include:

Pets may need different treatments compared to others due to lifestyle.
During laser treatment, the energy created by the laser increases circulation, drawing water, oxygen and nutrients to the damaged area. Therefore creating an optimal healing environment which reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms, stiffness and pain. As the injured area returns to normal, function is restored and pain is relieved
Please feel free to call and speak to one of our nurses whenever you have a pet related query.
