TOUR
The tour has been split into the areas below.
The Reception
We have a welcoming team of 3 receptionists. All have worked for us at the hospital for many years. In addition you may occasionally be welcomed by one of our nursing team assisting the receptionists.
For repeat prescription clients or any other queries our reception team will be able to resolve your problem or pass you to a suitable member of staff.
They also hold stocks of many product, behavioural and general information sheets.
When telephoning the practice during normal working hours you are most likely to be answered by one of the reception team.
